Welcome to VONILI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VONILI website, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

VONILI is an online retailer operated by Vonili LLC. We curate and sell products and work with a primary fulfillment partner that prepares and ships customer orders. Eligible items in an order are typically consolidated into a single outbound shipment by that partner whenever possible. VONILI is the merchant of record and is not necessarily the manufacturer of every item offered on the site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

VONILI (operated by Vonili LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company) is a retailer curating and reselling apparel from independent suppliers. Correspondence address: 1207 Delaware Ave #4434, Wilmington, DE 19806.

By accessing, browsing, or using our website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. Inventory Availability

Product availability is synchronized regularly with our fulfillment partners. Items displayed as “In stock” are available according to the latest inventory data received.

In rare cases, simultaneous purchases, supplier adjustments, or synchronization delays may cause an item to become unavailable after an order is placed. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the affected item.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions
  • Product dimensions and specifications are approximate
  • We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions or pricing
  • Products are subject to availability

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding pricing. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Product availability is synchronized regularly with our fulfillment partners. Items displayed as “In stock” reflect the latest inventory data received. Stock levels can still change quickly due to:

  • High demand for popular items
  • Seasonal availability and collection rotations
  • Supply chain and manufacturing timelines
  • Inventory synchronization across multiple sales channels

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

4.4 Inventory Verification

All orders are subject to inventory verification after placement. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you place your order:

  • We will notify you promptly via email
  • You will receive a full refund for any unavailable items
  • If only part of your order is affected, remaining items will ship as scheduled
  • You may choose to wait for restocking (if expected) or receive a refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

If we cancel your order or any portion thereof, you will be notified by email and receive a full refund for the cancelled item(s). We are not liable for any disappointment, inconvenience, or costs resulting from order cancellation.

5.2 Payment Processing

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • The payment information is accurate and complete
  • You will pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping

5.3 Payment Security Review

To protect our customers from fraud and unauthorized transactions, orders may undergo automated fraud screening and, when necessary, additional verification before processing. This review:

  • Typically completes within 1-24 business hours
  • Verifies payment authenticity and billing information
  • Protects you from potential fraud and identity theft
  • Is required before your order enters fulfillment

Orders that do not pass security review will be cancelled and refunded. We may contact you for additional verification if needed.

5.4 Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible. Contact us immediately at contact@vonili.com if you need to modify or cancel an order. Cancellation requests made before payment approval may be accommodated. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once payment has been approved and processing has begun.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VONILI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit or transmit

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at contact@vonili.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
