VONILI is an online retailer operated by Vonili LLC. We curate and sell products and work with a primary fulfillment partner that prepares and ships customer orders. Eligible items in an order are typically consolidated into a single outbound shipment by that partner whenever possible. VONILI is the merchant of record and is not necessarily the manufacturer of every item offered on the site.

1. Order Processing

1.1 Processing Time
All orders require 1–4 business days for processing before shipment. Processing includes payment security review, order verification, and careful packaging. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you by email within 1–4 business days and issue a refund for unavailable item(s). Available items in your order will still ship.

2. United States Shipping

Standard Shipping: $6.95 — typically 7–14 business days total
Free Shipping: Free on orders over $75 — typically 7–14 business days total

Estimated delivery is the total time from order to door, including processing. Actual delivery may vary by destination and carrier.

3. International Shipping

3.1 Rates
International standard shipping is $12.90. Free international shipping on orders over $100.

Canada / United Kingdom: 10–16 business days
Europe (EU): 10–18 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 12–18 business days
Middle East / Asia: 12–18 business days
Other destinations: up to 21 business days (customs dependent)

3.3 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders are typically shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country.

4. Fulfillment & Tracking

After checkout, your order is transmitted to our primary fulfillment partner, who prepares and ships it. Eligible items in the same order are typically packed and shipped together (consolidated) whenever possible—not sent as separate packages from many unrelated sellers.

Shipments leave from our fulfillment partner’s logistics network. VONILI does not operate a public retail warehouse at our mailing address in Delaware. Because partner facilities are often overseas, total delivery times include processing plus international transit, as shown in our delivery estimates.

In uncommon cases (special items, stock splits, or partner constraints), an order may arrive in more than one package and may include more than one tracking number. Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, DHL, and reliable regional partners.

You will receive tracking by email after shipment. Allow time for tracking to update.

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us and the carrier promptly. We will provide available order information to support an investigation. Contact us at contact@vonili.com if you need help opening a carrier investigation.

5.2 Incorrect address / failed delivery
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed attempts, or unclaimed status, we will contact you about reshipment (additional shipping may apply) or a refund minus outbound shipping where applicable.
